Money Back Garantee Conditions and Return Instructions

If you decide to return an item contact TheGemBank on ph: +44 (0)20 72423748 before posting the item. This is in order to obtain a return code and full return instructions. Returned orders without a return code and packages that are improperly packaged and/or insured or packages that show signs of tampering, will not be accepted.
Conditions for refund:

• Call and speak to a member of staff before returning the item.
• Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in original, undamaged and unused condition.
• Items will be refunded, minus the cost of postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.
• Items should be posted by signed for post and be fully insured to the value of the gemstone.
• We cannot take responsibility for damaged items or items lost in the post.
• Local taxes and customs are non-refundable by TheGemBank.

• Shipping is free to International and UK customers.
• Shipping by TheGemBank is insured. Items are insured from the moment the item leaves our premises until the point that someone signs for the package.

1. Shipping within the UK

   Shipping within the UK is free and items are sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service. This service requires a signature to confirm receipt so please ensure that somebody is available to sign for the package.

2. International Shipping

   Shipping is free on all items and items are sent using Fed-ex International Priority. TheGemBank does not take tax, however taxes may be taken by your country.

We pride ourselves on our honest and accurate images of our gemstones. Our aim is to represent the gem exactly as it is. To achieve this;

• We only resize and crop raw images and do not digitally alter the images in any other way.
• We don’t use post production to alter any aspect of the image, such as colour, contrast or brightness.
• The gem in the image is the gem offered for sale. We do not use ‘stock pictures’.
• Images are taken at much greater than x10 magnification. Inclusions and colour variations that are clear in an image may not be apparent in person.
• All images are taken under normal London daylight conditions and sunlight lamps.
