Money Back Garantee Conditions and Return Instructions
If you decide to return an item contact TheGemBank on ph: +44 (0)20 72423748 before posting the item. This is in order to obtain a return code and full return instructions. Returned orders without a return code and packages that are improperly packaged and/or insured or packages that show signs of tampering, will not be accepted.
Conditions for refund:
- Call and speak to a member of staff before returning the item.
- Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original, undamaged and unused condition.
- Items will be refunded, minus the cost of postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.
- Items should be posted by signed for post and be fully insured to the value of the gemstone.
- We cannot take responsibility for damaged items or items lost in the post.
- Local taxes and customs are non-refundable by TheGemBank.
